Hello, looking for descendants of a William Jones who was born in Coventry in 1867/68.
He looks to have been raised by his grandparents, and his mother who looks to have had three sons.

William became a cycle factor and cycle agent, but was also behind a company called the Caesar Cycle Company from about 1897. He was living in Kenilworth with his wife and two daughters by 1911.

The marriage details for a William Jones (Clerk in a Bicycle Office) to Lizzie Marson 31 July 1891, Holy Trinity, Coventry records William's father as William Jones occ Watch finisher.

many thanks for that. Its definately him, but the 1881/1891 census state that his mother was single, and dad is not living with them :)
