Title: Help with Cause of Death - Complete

Hi everyone,

Looking for some help deciphering the "cause of death" on my Great, Great Grandfather's death certificate.  I understand a few words like "Chronic" and "Phthisis", but can read it all.

Any help would be much appreciated.

It's not Chronic Bronchitis is it?
Under that is:
Some years
Phthisis
