Title: Binnie / Chapman - who were her parents?

Hi, I am desperately seeking information on Jane Chapman (I think) who married John Binnie in Sunderland in August 1836. I believe she may have been born around 1817 in Darlington and was a "washerwoman". Any information on her parents and siblings would be gratefully received. Many thanks for any help received.
