Our Gt Gt grandmother Bonne Le Herresier died 18th December 1901 at 91 Alma Street Newport, Wales at her daughter's residence. On the death certificate it doesnt state where she is buried. If someone could look up cemeteries and let me know which one I would be most grateful

Hi,
There are 3 cemeteries run by Newport Council sadly they charge £10 to look up a record. If you decide to pay for a search I will willingly go and take a photo of the plot or memorial as I only live 15 miles from Newport.
I have taken several requests at St Woolos but would warn you that the requesters were unable to obtain confirmation if the grave had a memorial stone & sadly some had been removed .

Hi,
If you take a look at St. Woolos Cemetery Burial Surname Index 1845-1905 at
http://www.mah.talktalk.net/allnames.html you will find one Le Herresier grave. It does not say if there is a headstone.
Good luck,
Gerry
