Does anyone have any suggestions where I could find a record of the above marriage. Their first child was born in 1818 so I presume the wedding would have been sometime from 1815 as both were born in around 1793/4. Annes father was a Roger Moffat also from East Ord. They seem to have been presbyterians but I cant find them in the church records for Spittal Presbyterian. Also there is no record of the birth of their son Andrew in 1823 but all the other children are recorded in church records.

The Moffats are they Presbyterian,
or am I looking at the wrong family in Tweedmouth,

Not a lot of help to you but all but one of my relatives from East Ord went over the border to marry, mostly to Lamberton Toll but one (at least) to Coldstream. You can probably assume the same.
There are two booklets available from NDFHS publications that detail some but not all Irregular marriages. Someone may have them and be able to do a look up.
