Hi,
The 1943 Electoral Roll has John Nicholas Van Buren as residing at 112 George St, Redfern as a labourer. Can't see any other Van Buren surnames at that address.

On the same page as the Death Notice found by Ros is a funeral notice stating that he is the brother-in-law and uncle of 'Mrs Margaret YOUNG and family'. Funeral was at Woronora crematorium.
