Hi,
My wife's family are Casey's from Maiden Street, Newcastle West. Here they are in the 1911 Census:

I know that Hannah moved to Liverpool, and I have quite a lot of information about her. But I would like to find out more about her brothers John (a Tailor) and Michael (a Carpenter). Are there any commercial directories for Limerick around that time?
Thanks,
David

Hi - not sure if this is any help to you so much later. But Hannah is the younger sister of Bridget Baker and Ellen Casey living at property 37 on that census. Hannah’s older brother, Michael, is my direct ancestor.

Thanks! I’ve been lurking for a while. I also realised after posting that I’d replied to the wrong thread although same author so…!

Who did Michael Casey marry and when?
-
Mary Hogan, in Rathkeale, 14.10.1919. He gave his profession as a soldier, and he was later in the 1923 military census as a private rifleman in the 4th Southern.
Their second son, Patrick (named for her father) was born in 1922 and he is my grandfather.
