Title: Help in Identifying the make and model of a motorcycle

Would anyone be able to identify the make of motorcycle in the attached photo. It was taken around 1960. It was my dad's who unfortunatly had a nasty accident on it not long after the photo was taken. Any help appreciated.

They will be able to tell you exactly where and when it was first registered etc.
