Hi all you knowledgeable people. The title just about says it all ::)
My box DTR 6400T/6700T has gradually stopped doing anysort of recording, and now I cannot even pause. I can watch current progs and recorded ones but nothing else.
We have had 3 of these, one was changed because of digital change, but noe of them have done this.
Any ideas? Ihave looked on the net, but replies are so technical. All I want to know is is it broken. do I need to buy another or is there a simple fix?

Helen D - I don't suppose it's as simple as the disk being full? Sorry, no other ideas.

I did think of that in the middle of the night ::). Don't think so as I have deleted stuff we have watched, but will check :D
Thanks, Helen

Can you select 'format' at all.
(You might have to look at the instruction book)

I have sort of the same problem...up to a few days ago it was working ok..but now when i programme something to record and check it in the timers section..the bar along the bottom says its at 100% even when there is nothing to record..its also the same in the recording library where it also says 100%...and there is only about 3/4 recordings in there..so i can only record one thing at a time and only if i delete something i've yet to watch...how can the disc be full with hardly anything on it ??

Pompeyboy,
I'm just wondering are you sure you're really deleting them though? Or do they go into a "watched" folder or something like that (so you might not spot them when you go to look at what's been newly recorded)?
Have you the same box as Helen too?

Hi Trystan..yes definately sure of all that..whenever i delete them there is no other place for them to go have trawled all through the different sections and nothing...and no my box is a Bush B320HDPVR.

Steve,
That is strange.
It's probably not the answer, but just an idea, I'm just wondering if perhaps it's recorded a load of radio programs or something? On our box (ours is a Topfield PVR) we can record radio programs, but we wouldn't 'see' unless we selected the 'radio' option for recorded programs.
