Over the years I have made an all-inclusive family tree. To help other family searchers I would like to make one surname family trees out of the all-inclusive one which I made with PAF.In those I want to include all those with the same surname who are ancestors and descendents, names and surnames of spouses but not children of daughters. As of yesterday I also have MyHeritage Family Tree Builder. I do not know how to make one surname family trees using either of those and I have been unable to find the information I need in their help forums. Thank you for any guidance you can give me on creating one surname trees from the all-inclusive one I have on PAF.

Hi
If you contact your local familysearch office at your nearest Church of Latter Day Saints chapel they have people there who can do this or show you how to do it.

Thank you for replying. I have just found some information on MyHeritage that I think is what I am looking for. Otherwise I shall go to the LDS chapel some day as you suggested.

I think I see how it can be done in PAF.
Start with the lead individual - click on file for drop down menu
click on export
in the bottom box tick partial - then click on select
In the relationships box - descendants - then click select
set the number of generations - untick the box which says include spouses
then click OK
then click on export
set the address information
export the file
The above should work - hopefully
