Title: url links to 1911
Post by: Gadget on Friday 11 January 13 10:07 GMT (UK)
I'm not sure if this has come up before - can't see it with a quick search, although the info source has been discussed:

When doing a look up, can we give the url link to the 1911 record on Familysearch rather than typing  the free index details? . It gives the following info for an individual - name; gender, age, birthplace; residence. The same info is also on the free GR's index.

It appears not to breach the T&C of FindMyPast as it links to it for more details (if pay/sub) and would thus be of more use to a requester.

You can post a link to any information found on the FamilySearch site.

Thanks, CE  :)

I think this must be the first time that Pels. has said that I've got good sense. She must be getting soft in her old age   ;D
