I've only got a few.
line 1 als = alias
line 3 I'd have said vid for vidua, widow but his vs are curlier. I'm stumped.
line 4 begins cum
line 6 after Dublin predicti
line 7 dec ?decem word 2 is vice
Jamnorum, is that a name? R.E. Latham has jampnum and variations meaning gorse or furze but that doesn't sound too likely. cb

Herewith my transcription.  I have done my best to give the correct case endings, not always that easy! Most of the nouns following the first 'de' should be in the ablative case.  Bear in mind also that being a final concord the property listed is not always an accurate account of the property involved in the transaction

1] alias Higgins uxorem eius deforciantes de
2] novem partibus in novem partes dividendis
3] unius messuagii et unius messuagii [retrorsum]
4] cum pertinenciis siti, iacentis et existentis
5] in vico vocato Castlestreet in comitatu
6] civitatis Dublin predicte.  Ac etiam de
7] decem messuagiis triginta cottagiis quadraginta gardinis
8] decem boscis quinquaginta acris terre triginta
9] acris prati octoginta acris pasture decem
10] acris bosci et subbosci viginti acris
11]jampnorum et bruerie et viginti acris
12] more et magnis et parvis decimis

Many apologies for not acknowledging your comprehensive help - I have been working on other projects for the last 6 months and had not checked my posts. I was particularly pleased with deforciantes as I had thought it was defensores. It begins to make much more sense, so thank you very much indeed.
