Looking for the grave of
Edward Malcolm Gordon PHILIPS
born 14 Feb 1927 NZ
Died 1988 NZ

Have him on the NZ Electrol Rolls 1981 Waitakere Auckland

Hi,

Maybe a death notice would give what cemetery his in or you could contact the cemetery in that area and see if they have any record of burial.

Was hoping to find cemetery record as can not find death notice.  Have searched all Auckland Cems. on line, and Hamilton where he also was for a while.
May have to bite the bullet and get death cert.

could i suggest u try "paperspast" for a funeral notice  which may indicate the location of his service  ...

then do a search of cemeteries nearby to that ....

a wildcard search in google with souls name ,  year of death ,  findagrave , New Zealand    may give some clues...

Have you tried contact the NZSG North Shore Branch to see of they have a death notice in their index

His entry in BDM's
1988/50372 Philips  Edward Malcolm  14 February 1927  the exact date is 22/11/1988

It will be better to get the Death Printout, it is the cheaper option and has more information on it.
