Wondering, if someone has access to the Lair numbers at Western Cemetery- Arbroath

Hi ,
Deceased Online has records for the Western Cemetery Arbroath.
http://www.deceasedonline.com/
It's free to search but you will have to buy credits to access lair numbers and map location.
Example(this information is free) -

Hi
I emailed Dundee Council asking if they could help with where my grandfather was buried, i gave them his name and date he died and they kindly sent me where he was buried, who else was buried with him and a map of the cemetery.

Arbroath isn't part of Dundee; it comes under Angus Council, and Angus Council has decided to put all its burial records on DeceasedOnline. Contacting Dundee Council with this particular query would be a waste of your time and theirs because Dundee Council does not have the information required.
-
My point was to contact the relevant council and see if they can help, regardless if the burials are online, each council has to have the original copies.

Ah. I read you message as suggesting that Dundee Council would provide the information.
The point I have evidently failed to make is that Angus Council have passed the buck to Deceased Online, so there's not much point in contacting them - they'll just refer you back to Deceased Online.

Hi
Looked up deceasedonline - Grave Ref M/290
There are 5 in the plot altogether - William Livingstone 1941
Livingstone 1901
Alexander Livingstone 1896
George Livingstone 1889
Agnes Coutts Livingstone 1889
You can get a map of the cemetery for 50 credits, a Scan of the Burial Register for 15 credits and the above information for 15 credits.

Hello Sea Ocean
I am new to this forum - what a wonderful website - and you have just given me my first possible family link! Very exciting! :)
Re: Scottish Census of 1851
Agnes Coutts, aged 6, born Arbroath, Forfarshire, at school (which puts her birth at 1845)
Living in the Parish of St. Vigeans, Arbroath, Co. Angus with her family:
William Coutts (37), Head of House, a flaxdresser (hand), born at "Morres" (probably a misspelling of Murroes, near Dundee)
Sarah Coutts (38), wife, born at Craignish, Argyll - nee Douglas according to Alexander Coutts's marriage certificate
and their 4 children:
William Coutts (16), a flaxdresser (machine), born at Greenock, Renfrewshire
Alexander Coutts (13), a flaxdresser (machine), born at Greenock - this is my g-g grandfather
Mary Coutts (3), born Arbroath
and Agnes, as above
The previous census (1841) mentions a 5th child, Ann, aged 10 months in that year. It is possible that Ann or Agnes are the same child and the real age was miscounted in 1851, but it is more likely that the child Ann died. Sarah Coutts (nee Douglas) remarried in 1855; her marriage certificate states children by former marriage: 3 living, 3 dead. So there was a 6th child as well.
So if your Agnes Coutts Livingstone is the same as mine, she was my great-great aunt.
If you have any further information about her or her parents/siblings would love to hear.
