LCC motor man.  Probably a train driver on Underground.  What year?
(London County Council).

Looks like London County Council (L.C.C.)- Motorman to me.  Not sure but i think that refers to a tram driver or even tube maybe.

There is an Overton/Salisbury marriage in Southwark in 1915.
