Could sks please look for Fred Wright & family in the 1891 census in Warrington please. Fred was born c. 1889. so should be aged 2 (ish) I am trying to find who his parents (and family) are.

Thank you Heather, yes I had found his birth registration... this is a side-line on my tree so I don't really want to invest in a certificate for him, wanted to trace him through the census so that I could then find his family.

Hello and Merry Christmas Ashbrook Cheshire, sorry for the delay in getting back to you and thank you for the details for Fred (and family)
I have since managed to find (parents) Edwin & Elizabeth Howell who appear to have originated from the Staffordshire area, it appears they may have moved to the Warrington area some years after they married as their first 4 children were also born in Sedgley in Staffs, I would expect that Fred found work in Warrington hence the move.
