Is his POB taken from census or death certificate? Are his parents names shown on DC? Familysearch has an 1804 baptism and census data.

The Benjamin from the 1804 Birmingham Christening to Issac/Sarah has a Wife Sarah in 1861.
So not yours.

I would have expected Balsall births to be baptised at Hampton in Arden, but Benjamin isn't there  :'(

And the records for Hampton in Arden via Ancestry do cover Temple Balsall as well.

I can see Benjamin's burial at Balsall Temple in 1865, said to be aged 67, and from Balsall.  However, I cannot see any baptisms of "Whitehead" in Hampton in Arden in the period 1793-1803.

In 1851 he's shown as bc.1798 Kenilworth.   Kenilworth baptisms are on familysearch and believe I've found him although they have transcribed his name as 'White'.    Parents are shown as Edward and Ann but there is no such couple named White having children baptised there BUT there is an Edward and Ann Whitehead.

Elizabeth Whitehead bp.17/7/1791 dau. of Edward and Ann
William Whitehead bp.23/9/1792 son of Edward and Ann
Mary Whitehead bp.12/1/1794 dau. of Edward and Ann
Ann Whitehead bp.24/1/1796 dau. of Edward and Ann
Benjamin White bp.15/10/1797 son of Edward and Ann
Sarah Whitehead bp.20/10/1799, dau. of Edward and Ann.

Edward Whitehead married Ann Truelove 17/12/1790 Kenilworth.

An Edward White bp.28/9/1760 Kenilworth, son of William and Ann which could be him.

Looks like the first children of Benjamin Whitehead and wife Ann were baptised at Berkswell:

Edward bp.19/12/1824
John bp.11/2/1827
William bp.15/2/1829

Naming his eldest son Edward fits with the baptism I found.
