Title: Look up for James Finnigan

Looking for BMD and any Census pre-1881 information on James Finnigan, b.1841 Ireland, is noted on the census of 1881 as James and Elizabeth Finnigan married in Durham 1875, b.1835, nee Chusick and (her 1st marriage was to John Wilcock in 1851 in Bentham and this surname variously corrupted to Willicks/Willocks/Willetts/Wilcox etc) with step daughter Annie Willicks (Christiania). By 1891 James isn't with the family so presumably died sometime in the period 1875 - 1881.

Popular BI:
8 July 1885 James Finnigan aged 47, Sedgefield, St Edmund the Bishop, bur.

However, this does put his birth date a little earlier, circa 1838.
