Farranetra townland is in Clogher civil parish/Poor Law Union. See http://www.thecore.com/seanruad to find details of townlands in Ireland.

Thank you for your reply. I know it is in Clogher but I was hoping somebody would be able to tell me exactly where in Co Tyrone it is. I can't find it on any maps.
Regards,

There are townland maps for County Tyrone here- however, Clogher is in several sections and the maps are on page sideways and of poor quality making it difficult to find any place.

Clogher parish be seen here:
http://www.irishtimes.com/ancestor/fuses/townlands/index.cfm?fuseaction=TownlandsInCivil&civilparishid=2336&civilparish=Clogher&citycounty=Tyrone
Within the parish, Farranetra is about half a mile to the west of Augher village, along the modern A4 road. If you go to Griffiths Valuation (link below) and do a placename search for Farrenetra (note the e instead of a) and select map view, you should be able to find it (the slider in the top right hand corner switches you between old and modern maps):
