Title: Resoration of my father!!

Hi,

Can anyone help to restore my father???  I have found out that the Parisian School of Photography was open from 1904 until 1928 in the Old Kent Road, London and assume that this photo was taken about 1920.  Love the shorts(!!!) and boots.

So many thanks for the restoration.  I am quite stuck for choice now!! Black and White, Sepia, colour.  Wonderful.   All your efforts are very much appreciated.
