name Kingston comes up somewhere but really stuck on this one

Not sure exactly what you are stuck on.

Have you got the marriage cert? That should give you both fathers names. And maybe an age for Vernon and Rosina.

The ref you need when ordering from the gro is 10a 2077

I see from the marriage index entry that Vern on has middle initials  - Vernon J G Clark, which might make a birth easy to spot.
