Hi there, I hope I have this in the right place....I am looking to see if anyone can shed some light on my grandfather.....I put is name in google search and it came up with in a South Australian Police Gazette pdf that said he was convicted in 1936, but as to what for or why I cannot find out......this is all that I found.....Atkins, Victor Ellis, convicted, 163. So if someone could find out or point me in the right direction as to where to look.....it would be gratefully appreciated....Thanks in advance

SA Police Gazette should be available at States Libraries. Maybe a RC has the CD and can do a lookup for you.
There is a War Service Record for Victor Ellis ATKINS - Service Number - SX7814; DOB 14/9/1902 Naracoorte SA; Next of Kin Elizabeth Mary Shaw Atkins. Digital download available, includes photos.
