The Redmond family seems to have been in the area for a good while because David birth was recorded in Rathmines in 1849.

His parents David Redmond and Mary Dunn(e) were married in St Andrews in 1844.

Hi there, This lady named Rose could be the same Rose that married Thomas Corrigan. After Matthew came home from the first world war. he was discharged from the army. He lived on Windsor Terrace across from the canal gate to Cathal Brugha Barracks. He may have moved there because of his wife had come from there. Its possible. When I found his grave he is buried with wife, daughter, and son. There was four flower arrangements on it. so they are in the mind of someone. many thanks for your reply.

Thanks for getting back, can you tell me where they were buried?

Hi They are buried in Mount jerome. Matt had left windsor Terrace and had an address in O'Connell St. Dublin 1 when he passed away.
