Hi,
There is a Peter Harvey of Co. Tyrone who died in 1899. He left a will and the image is available at proni. He had a daughter, Catherine and a young son, Peter as well as other sons. See http://applications.proni.gov.uk/DCAL_PRONI_WillsCalendar/WillsSearch.aspx

Regards

Tomy,
Griffiths Valuation (a survey of all property in Ireland between 1847 and 1864) gives two Harvey families in Listamlet in 1860. Bernard, renting a small farm of about 6 acres and James renting another small farm of about 13 acres. Their landlord was Lord Charlemont. See http://www.askaboutireland.ie/griffith-valuation/

A Peter Harvey was born to unmarried couple father Peter and mother Catherine Fee and baptised in November 1859 in Dungannon Tyrone.  The address at the time was the workhouse.
