Title: Stamp "saving is simple" ** Completed**

Hi all
l am hoping someone can help  me
l recently  came into possession of and old Photograph in a frame on further inspection under the paper backing l found a postage size stamp with the words "saving is simple" written on it . l am hoping to date it can anyone help

I believe that one is of Edward VIII, so 1936ish.

If you could post a scan of the photograph (both sides) on the Photograph Restoration & Dating board, I'm sure some of the experts will be able to tell you when the photo was taken.
