Hello
I have just read your post Unwanted Family Bible re James Brown. All names you have posted fit a James Brown Census 1871 and could be part of my family. Mary Anne Brown was the name of my GG. If the same Mary Anne Brown she was the daughter of George Brown and Anne they lived in London, Middx.
Is it possible to get a copy of what you have to verify names and dates. Thank you, Lookin2

Thank you very much Beechbaby for your information. I am just getting into the Brown side in Scotland and need to look further into James and Annie Brown. I believe this is her second marriage. Peter Wright was her first marriage and he died at a young age-30ish. My husbands g-father is also named James Brown Wright-Greenock, Scotland in 1919. Let you know how I make out with the Brown side. Thanks once again. I really have learned so much on this site and need to say that everyone are very helpful.

You are more that welcome to the Bible , have you seen there is another member interested in the names (please no fighting over it lol ;D). Regards
