Searching for information on Arthur Boyes/Boyse/Boys from Magherascouse, Comber.  Arthur's will was read in 1810, no copy survived.

hi Shirley, I can trace over ten Boyce in Magherscouse sources, but none are as early as yours as your boy spelling.
