A mysterious family photograph with no information as to who it might be. Please could the photograph be dated and some information shed on the photographer.

According to Gillian Jones Lancashire professional photographers 1840-1940 Robert Hammond was at 23 Barnes St Clayton le Moors from 1872-6. There are other listings for the name Robert Hammond: Newchurch Rd Bacup 1870-1882, 105/107 Market St, Bacup 1887-98, same address for Robert Hammond and son in 1891. Also at Market Grounds Barrow in Furness in 1876. There are further addresses and dates for a William Hammond who might possibly be the son mentioned above. claytonbradley
