The only one I can find near those dates is this one.

Thomas Witham to Elizabeth George.  12 Oct 1762 @ Stoke Lyne, Oxon.

There is a marriage in Familysearch(IGI). - Thomas Witham to Elizabeth Knight.  March 1739. Westminster, Middlesex.

There a very few WITHAM marriages in the OxFHS - Marriage Index.

The most likely for your Thomas WITHAM parents is this one.

Thomas WITHAM(of Charlton on Otmoor), to Ann Robinson(of Sparsholt, Berkshire). 11 Oct 1706 @ Oxford, St.Mary Mag.

Baptism - 15 Feb 1712 - Thomas WITHAM, son of Thomas & Ann @ Charlton On Otmoor.

Plus - Ann 1708, William 1710, Elizabeth 1715, Frances 1720. all @ Ch. o. Ot.

Hi - just a quick note of something you might like to check on,  according to my copy of Boyds index to parish registers the surviving registers for Ardley start in 1758  however there are extracts in the IGI from 1680 this seems to sugest that the earlier registers haven't survived (I know the IGI entries are sometimes taken from bishops transcripts).  Is it possible that the events you are after did take place at Ardley but the record of them hasn't survived  ???
