Would I be able to find a specific address in Mulnagore, County Tyrone from the 1911 Census? It is described as "residents of a house 4 in Mulnagore (Crossdernot, Tyrone)". If I go to Tyrone, would I find Mulnagore as a townland, or has it been incorporated into another town?

Townland still exist although aren't commonly used. The area is still rural and Mulnagore isn't in a town.
PRONI, Belfast have valuation notebooks which carry on from Griffith's Valuation and go up to 1920s. You could find the property and trace it forward from 1911 for a few years but then are dependeant on local knowledge if anyone can remember the family, the location of their home, etc.

:) Thank you for such a swift response! I am pleased to know that Mulnagore is still fairly rural and will try PRONI too.

It's quite possible people in the area will know of the family even if they can't remember them. Farmers usually know which fields belonged to which farms, who lived in a property before the present occupants, etc.

:)Thank you again for your help.

Hello
I am seeking information on my great great great grandfather John Cunningham who was a farmer of Mulnagore in 1844 when my grandad William Morrow Cunningham was born- his mum was Hannah Morrow. William emigrated to Australia aged 19 in 1863 his death certificate indicates he was born in Mulnagore to John a farmer and Hannah. I have a will of John Cunningham in 1864 but with a wife Isabella and childern James and Elizabeth with an executor William Morrow so i assume this is my John who has remarried after Hannah died. I would love any information on this family as I am having a dreadful time tracking them down.
Many thanks

The Will of John Cunningham of Mullingore mentions wife Isabella, son James, daughter Elizabeth, daughter Sally, son Robert, "I leave one shilling to my son John" and also 1 shilling to son William.
"The Will of John Cunningham late of Mullinagore in the County of Tyrone Farmer deceased who died 7 January 1864 at same place was proved at Armagh by the oaths of William Morrow of Mullinagore (Rock) aforesaid and Robert Archer of Keenaghan (Dungannon) also in said County Farmers the Executors." see www.proni.gov.uk
Leaving a token bequest (1 shilling) meant the child was not left out of the Will and couldn't contest the Will by claiming to have been dis-inherited. Another reason for 1 shilling might be that those 2 sons had already been given funds to start themselves up somewhere else.

If John Cunningham re-married after 1845 in a non-Catholic ceremony he should be in the civil registration index.
Mulnagore is in Pomeroy civil parish and Dungannon Poor Law Union/civil registration district.
Possible marriage?
20 Dec.1859 Killeeshal Co.Tyrone: John Cunningham, widowed, son of William Cunningham to Isabella Hoey, single, daughter of William Hoey.
Killeeshil is the name of a townland and civil parish in Dungannon PLU/registration district. It's less than 10 miles from Mulnagore.

Hi,
The Cunningham/Hoey marriage took place in Clonaneese Lower Presbyterian Church, civil parish of Donaghmore, Dungannon District.

Hi, my great great grandfather William Morrow Cunningham was born in Mulnagore to John Cunningham and Hannah Morrow about 1844. I have found a record of a John Cunningham farmer in the area but not much else. The Morrows also seem to have family in the Mulnagore region too. William Morrow emigrated as a 19 year old to Australia with a sponsor Janet Watt who paid 5 pound. Another emigration record indicates William was a lbrouer sponsored by Samuel Watt who also sponsored on the same voyage Mary Watt 48 servant Dungannon, Thomas Watt 26 laborer Dungannon, Eliza Watt 22 servant County Tyrone, Margaret jane Watt servant aged 20 Ireland, Rochardson Hinchey aged 24 Laborer Ireland and my GG Grandad William M Cunningham 19 Ireland.
I am looking for any additoinal information anyone can provide on the Cunningham family or Morrow families of Mulnagore Ireland.
