No idea what the cause of death was, but the second line reads 'One Month & 7 days'

And I'd say the year is 1807.

The year will not be 1807 if that is a death cert.  More like 1897.

Don't you think the amount of days is the same figure as the last digit in the year.

Yes, and Hemiplegia rather than Demiplegia (although that also exists as a term)
