A visit to the archives earlier in week produced little.Just by chance when visiting the Jesey Museum we noticed the Societe- Jersiaise next door and we spent a very pleasant 2 hours being shown lots of valuable info by 2 very interested research staff.
This is the place to approach for research which canbe done for a reasonable fee by expert researchers and help from the Jersey F HSociety.

Ten years ago, I used these people, and found them very useful. I live in Australia, and they sent me my family right back for about $60 dollars then, which I thought was very reasonable considering what it would have cost for certificates and such.
