Title: Please help with these old letters

I have this letter dating back to the 18th century.

I'm having difficulty deciphering the names and some words though.

Could anyone help?

Second one appears to be:

Enclosed you have a letter which I received yesterday from Mr Jas Child & you’ll send him an Answer to it.  Mr White of the Mill/Hill?  ?Longs? [word seems to have been cut off] has been with me and says he gave your father notice to pay him 200L  (200 pounds?)  at  ???  next and he hopes you’ll not disappoint him in the Cash at that time he having engaged to pay the same away and relys upon having it.

My slightly different transcription of letter reads - spellings as written:

Inclosed you have a letter which I received yesterday from Mr Jos: Childs and you’ll send him an answer to it.  W White of the Hill H? has been with me and says he gave your father notice to pay him in 200G at Mich. next  (Iguess that means 200 guineas at Michaelmas next) and he hopes you’ll not disappoint him in the Cash at that time he having engaged to pay the same away and relys upon having it.

Maybe: "Mr White of the Hill house"

(See "Mr" in address on outside of letter.  And long "s" in "house".)

It's 200 li which means £200.  'li' is the abbreviation for libri = latin for pound
