Hi Gentian
Welcome to Rootschat. You seem to have been ignored but can you tell us if you: want further information, to contact others doing the same research or confirmation that John Thorn died in Marston Bigot?
If it's the latter, your post might be better on the Somerset page.

I'm quite new at this and couldn't get to the Somerset page.  John Thorn married Mary Bishop in Marston Bigott  in 1825.  Then Mary (Bishop) Thorn married John Carter in 1830.   I would like to find something on John Thorns death .  Is it in the Parrish records.  I am descended from John Thorn.

*Moderator comment: topic moved to Somerset board :) *

Hi Gentian.
My children are descendants of John Thorn/Mary Bishop.
I'm just getting back into some family research before I go back to the UK, specifically to Marston Bigott to find out some facts about John's death. Have you made any progress in your search?
I don't know if you first posted in 2017 or early - but I hope you are still on RootsChat.
