I am hoping there is a census for this area
Looking for Thomas Mills and family  found on the 1851 census living at Station Lane as follows:

Thomas 43 Tailor b. Weaverham
Mary 32
Hamlet 13
John 10
George 9
Cornelius 5

     The 1841 shows Thomas with wife Martha (Bell) they married 12/8/1833 at St Mary Weaverham, Martha died 1848 and Thomas remarried Mary Shallcross 1849.

I have Mary Shallcross in my tree and am trying to find out more on her when I came across this thread. I have her marrying a Thomas Mills and emigrating to Australia C1855. If it is the same I had no idea he had been married prior or whether they had any children together or even where in Australia they went.
If anyone is still on this thread it would be lovely to hear from them.
