Hello,
have you found her death on Free BMD - I can't see one with that exact name.
What else do you know? Do you have a place or year of birth?
Did she marry Michael Foy in England?
regards
heywood

Hi
There is a marriage for
Michael Foy and Ellen Cullenaine
in 1913 Chorlton on Medlock Register Office or Registrar attended.
So it could be a Catholic marriage.

If it is the correct person, the marriage in 1913 was at St Wilfrid's in Hulme, Manchester

That looks a good marriage.
If you search Free BMD http://www.freebmd.org.uk/ there are some births for this couple, including Ellen.
Do be careful not to post the names of any living persons.
The marriage certificate would be a good place to start searching - you would get her father's name.

Lancashire BMD http://www.lancashirebmd.org.uk/index.php has marriages between 1901 and 1920 for:
Mary Cullinan
Martin Cullenan /Cullenaine
Andrew Cullenian
and Ellen and a couple of other variations whose first names aren't in the family list from 1901.
I think the family may be transcribed as Cullum in 1891.
1911 is free to search at the moment.
