Title: Can anyone colour in grandma from the art deco period

Hi all I wondered if anybody could add a splash of colour to my grandma - photo was taken in late 1920's I think.

Thank you you clever people - if anyone can give it a bash.  ;D

My pleasure...I left the texture as it enhances the photo...I have one like this of my Grandma and her hair is the same...but mine was taken in the 40s and she was in her early 50s....Aren't they precious  :-*

You are most welcome I agree with Carol it is a beautiful photo - I often wonder seeing some of the photos that turn up here how come none of my relatives had the good looking gene  ;D  Not that they were particularly ugly just not..............stunning ;)

Thanks Mike - she certainly was pretty enough to be a movie star, I imagine!  I'm tempted to try her with a few different colours, she is such an excellent subject!

I love this photo and could do so many variaions and not tire of seeing it...These are truly beautiful restores and everyone has brought out a different quality in this stunning image...what a shame she couldn't witness all the care and attention she has been given.

Hi Everyone ~ thank you so much for your lovely pictures on here ~ I have just been informed that my grandmas eyes were Dark Brown not blue ~ something  should have double checked! If anyone has the time to change it from the blue to the brown I would be so so grateful as these pictures are so stunning. Big Big Thank you XXXX  :-*

Thanks Gary - I just googled it - I must try and get round to watching downtown abbey have heard it is really good and looking at the costumes wow is all I can say how classy they all looked - so gorgeous.

I can't believe that I forgot to post it !  ::)  I came across it by chance and thought ..I hadn't  remembered  posting it as it was still a psd file in photoshop format and I always change to jpg  to post ... just as well I checked ... ;D ;D
