Title: SWEDEN, Births from the Swedish Death Index 1901-2006 Record - AQUILON

Does any one have access to the is record? The man I am looking for, Ernst Otto Johan AQUILON is apparently on it but I do not have a world wide Ancestry subscription. He is not in the deaths on Family Search.
Very grateful for any assistance.
