I found what I think is my great grandfather birth certificate. How the name is Jessie not Jesse as I have it and it says he is a girl. Is it possible the a mistake was made. I also have the birth certificates for his brother Robert and sister Laura.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jesse was baptised on 23rd May 1869 in East Dereham son of Henry and Louisa. :)

1881 census has him down as SON.
Also spelt JESSE
