Trying to find any brothers and sisters of my grandfather Evan Llewellyn Evans in Llanelly between 1892 and 1920.
His mother Elizabeth Evans had him on 27th April 1892 at 1 Powell Place, Llanelly then went back to her mums at 8 Mill St Llanelly.
His father is believed to be Llewellyn Evans who she later married? (b. 1871 and died before 1928)
Her parents were David Evans and Esther Thomas. (m. 1867 Llanelly)
Any help appreciated.

Hello Chris :)
Do you have your Grandfather's marriage certificate, which will say what he recorded as his Father's name and occupation?
Have you found a marriage for Elizabeth and Llewellyn in freebmd?
Have you found the family on any census? If you can find your Grandfather on 1911 census, you may find his siblings.
Best Wishes
Morgan

Hi Morgan, I found the marriage to Elizabeth Evans in bmd in Llanelly in Mar qtr 1909. I shall send for the marriage cert now. Llewellyn was dead when Evan got married in 1928. I looked at 1911 census and found one possible but don't know what it means and haven't seen the full census transcript anyway. I shall put what it says in the hope someone can understand the welsh bit!!
1911 census (Llanelly) Carmarthenshire. Llewellyn Evans age 40 (born 1871) place of birth not given. Any idea what this occupation means?
