Hi
the extract is a bit small. Here's a larger snip:

The nearest I can get is Yout ( Youth?) in Family but I'm not at all happy about that? ???

Hi.
Could it be "visiting Family"? I note that her mother is listed as crippled. Could this be a reference to her caring for her mother? There is a similar example of the handwriting on page 8 of this census and I believe it says "visiting from London". I may be wrong.

Throwing this in as an outside possible :-\
Assist in Family
Long first s and an incomplete A

The mother seems to be "crippled"
I was thinking Assistant/ servant in family?

Assist in Family
Long first s and an incomplete A
Further to this - the Laundress just below also has the old long s
-
Assist in Family
That was my thought too ... or perhaps a mis-spelling of Assisting Family :)
-
Thankyou all, I am resolved to put Assisting. Happy weekend

"Youngest in Family", she should have been at the end, so correction.
Skoosh.

Skoosh.
But the next two children were younger?
I can't make that first letter be an A. It's nothing like the A of Ag Lab on the line above. I tried to make it say Servt but couldn't quite get there either.

My first thought was oldest in family, but then I cam also see it saying assist in family. It would usually says assists in family ,meaning that she was no longer going to school.
