Major John Campbell married into the Rintel line of my family tree in Perth , Western Australia on 23/3/1911. He was the son of
Lieutanant Colonel J A Campbell, and was born at Edinburgh Castle on 24/6/1876. That would seem to indicate that his father
was an officer of the garrison. Could anyone confirm this or give me some information on Major Campbells backround
Thanks
