I would like to change my email address but have forgotten my password any advice

Is this an email address from your ISP?  then you need to contact your ISP for advice.

If its one of the web based ones (hotmail,yahoo,google etc) then just open a new account then notify your contacts of your new email addie.... or forward the mail.

Hi

I read it that Kate wanted to change her email address on her Rootschat profile, for that you need your password. A moderator will hopefully be able to help her

Kate NZ, log out of Rootschat, then try to log back in. 

The login page has a link to forgotten password, where they will resend  the password to your existing email addie... hopefully you haven't stopped it already  ;D

If you don't have the email address anymore then contact a moderator
