Her father was john regan and mother was mary cassidy
Patrick towey married anne regan in 1920 14th march. This was his second marriage.

Hello Becky01,
it's still not quite clear what you want sorry! You have her parents names, marriage details and children already.
Do you haver her in censuses?
There is a possibility for 1901 here (http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Roscommon/Edmondstown/Cloonlumney/1662081/)
There is a possibility here (http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Roscommon/Ballaghadereen/Ardkill/758921/) for Martin Towey with his mother Ellen in 1911. Patrick not here.
Hope this helps.

is this your Regan family on the census returns ?
Regan household, Cloonlumney townland - 1911 (http://census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Roscommon/Edmondstown/Cloonlumney/759783/)
Regan household, Cloonlumney townland - 1901 (http://census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Roscommon/Edmondstown/Cloonlumney/1662081/)
tracing forward is more difficult than searching back in time, unless you know for certain that the children stayed in the area, or if that's not the case where where they ended up.
If you believe that they stayed in or near Cloonlumney then you could try searching for marriage and/death certs for them. The registration district for the area is Castlerea, so that's what to check for on the BMD Index
e.g. for Thomas - he's 24 and single 1911, so likely married any time from 1911 to about 1932 (age 19 to 40). so a marriage search in the area shows these 4 possible matches... Thomas Regan marriages (https://www.familysearch.org/search/records/index#count=20&query=%2Bgivenname%3Athomas~%20%2Bsurname%3Aregan~%20%2Bmarriage_place%3ACastlerea%20%2Bmarriage_year%3A1911-1927~&collection_id=1408347)
(Castlerea district is sometimes listed as Castlereagh)
All assuming he survived, didn't emigrate, and married in the area...
