Hi,
I think you'll have to purchase a copy of the marriage certificate if you wish to find out their respective fathers. GRO reference is: 1907 West Bromwich 6b 1471 Sep Qtr.

Is this the same couple as you refer to in your earlier post? It does seem to be the only marriage that satisfies your criteria:
