Hello Jane  :)

I know it's a while since your posting, but thought that I should clarify. I assume that you are looking for the burial of Phoebe Harries, nee Davies, with husband John Harries? (Rather than "Phoebe Harries nee Davies died 22 mar 1871 Bwlch farm ,Mydrim. Her husband was John Davies." from your post).

I found the death of Phoebe Harries, age 41, in 1871 (Carmarthen 11a 534)

Best Wishes
Morgan

This is unrelated to your original post, but if it is of any interest to you, the death of my 4x gt grandmother Anne Jones nee Lewis in 1848 was informed by Frances Harries in Mydrim Village. No mention of any relation between the two, but Frances was present at the death.

hi I think we may be tracing the same family. My ggg grandmother was Phoebe Davies from Meidrim. Did yours have three daughters named Esther, Anna and Sarah?

Hello PHILCYMRO
My Phoebe had the following children that I know of.
Sarah born 1860
Ann 1862
Thomas 1864
David 1868
Francis 1869.
If it is the same family please reply and I will pm to you the email of my cousin who has moved to Australia as it is more her side of the family than mine.
Regards Jane

Hi Jane sorry for the delay but I'm not on the site very often. My Phoebe has a Sarah in 1865, Ann in 1863 and an Esther in 1858 ish. Esther is my paternal great grandmother.  Among her children were two boys called Thomas and David. Although not a perfect match I may be a bit out on the dates but the names seem to fit. Phil
