Title: Immigration and Naturalization Records Lookup Help

I am looking for David Chess, who appears to have immigrated to Allegheny County, PA, from Ireland around 1807.  His wife was Ann, also called Nancy, but I am unsure if they were married prior to immigration.  Thanks for any assistance you can offer!

The immigration and naturalization information is held by the genealogy society
for a fee, as outlined at their website:
