Title: John Turner Lee Richards

Trying to find the parents and birth record for John Turner Lee Richards.
Born 1869 in redruth according to census. Know his Dob was 31/12/1869.
Married in portreath.
Died in 1935 in redruth.
The story goes that his parents died when he was young and was brought  up by friends.
Can any one help
