I seem to making some progress after many years. Any one with a connection to Mary Anne Middleton born about 1823 Mattishall or her husband John Spinks born about 1819 Bintry, or any of their children John born 1847, Richard 1852, Eliz 1854, Hanna 1856, William 1858 and Henry 1860.

Hello Harold,
Finally found Mary Ann's baptism, though she is shown as Mariann Middleton, baptised by William and Ruth Middleton (formerly Rose) in Mattishall, in 1826, along with three of her siblings.
The names of the children tally with the 1841 census which shows the family living in Mattishall.
