Hi
I am looking for information about Edgar BAIGENT born circa 1888 in Farnham, Surrey.
A Google search showed hits in the TNA and CWGC. The CWGC had the following information:
Air Mechanic 1st Class
Service number 230958
Died 05/06/1918
RAF 214th Sqdn.
Buried Dunkirk.
Could some kind soul do a look up for me to see if this is 'my' Edgar Baigent and let me know the details, or lack of, on his record.
Many thanks in anticipation.

Hi Sheldonesque,
many thanks for the detail.
Where did you find that information?

He is listed in Airmen Died in the Great War 1914-1918: The Roll of Honour of the British and Commonwealth Air Services of the First World War by Chris Hobson*, which lists all RFC/RAF/RNAS casualties, with causes of death.
* published by Savannah Publications http://www.savannahpublications.com/hardbacks.php

Brilliant, I didn't realise it held that kind of detail.
